Technical Support

We believe that the quality of the technical support you get from your software vendor is every bit as important as the quality of the software itself.

We work hard to make sure that our technical support is second to none in our industry.

One year of technical support is included with the purchase of our software. After one year, technical support can be renewed for an annual fee.

Live Telephone Support

Live telephone support is available M-F 9AM-6PM EST and sometimes extended hours during peak demand. We have a dedicated live support team in our Connecticut offices. We do not outsource our technical support to a call center. Our technical support staff has unlimited access to our programmers -- right here in the same building.

Email Support

You can email your support issues to us at support@ajsllc.com. Every technician in the company will get a copy of your email. Email inherently provides an audit trail, and also allows us to screen for emergencies after hours.

Peer-to-peer support

We maintain a peer-to-peer community web site, www.j2j.biz  (jeweler to jeweler) where our customers can exchange tips and techniques among themselves. We also monitor j2j and provide technical advice as necessary.

Remote Assistance

In many instances, we can connect to your PC over the internet using programs such as Microsoft Windows XP Remote Assistance, Symantec PC-Anywhere, VNC, and others.
